Following the recent commercial success of the URBAN VILLAGE in LISBON housing project in Carnide, Wishes , together with the developer BGS (building in Lisbon for over 50 years), the MCabrita Architecture firm and the Arqvista space design studio, maintain the team, unity and successful strategy for the launch of SILOS | Premium Residences Above Lisbon's Heritage, offering the opportunity to pre-book the first two units with very special conditions until the end of May 2026.

 

The project is scheduled for completion in October 2027.

Premium Residences Above Lisbon’s Heritage

Located in the historic heart of Carnide, SILOS is born in a place deeply marked by the memory and identity of Lisbon. For centuries, this territory played an essential role in supplying the city, with the presence of silos carved into the limestone where cereals were stored for periods of scarcity.

Traces of these structures were discovered during the archaeological process and carefully preserved, now integrated into the concept of the project and reinforcing its unique connection to the past.

Between the surrounding religious heritage — such as its proximity to the Church of Luz — and the historical presence of old estates belonging to Lisbon's nobility, this place has evolved over the centuries to give rise to an exclusive and contemporary project.

SILOS is embodied in a set of 5 T6 houses, where contemporary architecture asserts itself in a discreet and timeless way, establishing a balanced dialogue with the historical context in which it is inserted.
